1) How can I rent one of your parking spaces?

We accept checks through the mail. In person we accept cash, check or credit cards. You can contact us via e-mail, phone or visit our office at 7 West Stimson Avenue, Hocking Valley Bank. We will ask you to complete a lease agreement plus sign off on the parking lot rules and regulations.

2) Can I get at my car anytime of day?

Yes, you will have a specific parking space that will be assigned to you for the entire academic year and/or summer semester. There is 24 hour access to your vehicle.

3) Is there security on hand?

No. There is not an attendant at the lot. If you experience any problems, please contact us via phone or e-mail.

4) How much does it cost?

$500.00 for the academic year (fall semester & spring semester)

$275.00 for summer semester

$600.00 for summer, fall, and spring semester

5) Do I have to commit to a certain time period?

Yes, you will be required to sign a lease agreement for the entire academic year and/or for summer semester. If you request a refund for a practical semester, we will prorate the amount of time the space was used minus a $30.00 processing fee.
